At StrucHaus, we're committed to delivering thoughtfully designed furniture and home essentials that meet high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and reliability. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help.
Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

We understand that sometimes a piece may not fit your space or style as expected. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and tags must be included.
- The product must not show signs of assembly, installation, modification, or misuse.
- Proof of purchase is required.

We strongly recommend retaining the original packaging until you are certain you will keep your purchase, as it may be required for a successful return.

StrucHaus reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Clearance, final-sale, or promotional items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Bundle purchases unless all items within the bundle are returned together
- Assembled, installed, altered, or used products
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, these limitations do not apply. Please contact us with photos so our team can assist you promptly.

How to Initiate a Return

Please include:
- Order number
- Name used for the order
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, our team will provide detailed return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Refunds

Restocking Fees:
StrucHaus charges $0.00 in restocking fees.

No restocking fees apply to eligible returns.
Any deductions from refunds will be limited to disclosed shipping, carrier interception, or return shipping charges outlined in this policy.

A. Returns for Personal Preference

If you decide the product is no longer needed, does not suit your space, or was ordered in error:

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a prepaid return label is provided by StrucHaus, the actual cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product purchase price, excluding applicable shipping charges.

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval.
Customers using their own shipping carrier are encouraged to provide tracking information to help expedite processing.

B. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with shipping damage, manufacturing defects, missing components, or if an incorrect item was received, please contact us as soon as possible.
For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, StrucHaus will cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement, replacement parts, or a full refund.

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an item different from what was ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement and provide a prepaid return label to send the incorrect item back at no additional cost to you, or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Damaged During Transit

Visible Damage at Delivery
If you notice significant shipping damage when your order arrives, we recommend refusing the delivery when possible and contacting us immediately.
Please provide clear photographs of:
- The damaged item
- External packaging
- Shipping label

Damage Discovered After Unpacking

If damage is discovered after opening the package, please contact us promptly with photos of both the item and packaging materials. We will provide a replacement product or replacement parts immediately at our expense.

Lost Packages

If a carrier investigation confirms the package was lost in transit, StrucHaus will provide a replacement order or full refund.  contact Support@struchaus.com

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled free of charge before they have been processed for shipment.
To request cancellation, please contact Support@struchaus.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If a shipment can be successfully intercepted or refused during delivery, any applicable carrier fees, return shipping costs, or handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation by StrucHaus

In rare situations, we may cancel an order due to inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, payment verification concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued immediately.

Refund Processing

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued within 3–7 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Labels

If your return qualifies for a prepaid return label, our support team will provide one during the return authorization process.
