Shipping Locations

StrucHaus currently ships within the continental United States.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • P.O. Boxes

Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping is available on all eligible orders within the continental United States.

Any optional services selected during checkout, including shipping protection, package protection, or similar third-party services, may incur additional charges and are not included in our free shipping offer.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During periods of high demand, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances, processing times may occasionally be extended.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through one or more of the following carriers:

  • Freight carriers for oversized furniture items
  • The carrier selected will depend on product size, weight, destination, and service availability.

Delivery Estimates

Most customers receive their orders within 3–5 business days from the date the order is placed.

While delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier operations, most orders are delivered within the following timeframe:

Certain oversized furniture items, freight shipments, remote delivery locations, severe weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery timelines.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, items may ship separately and arrive on different dates.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment once it has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • Order number
  • Carrier information
  • Tracking number
  • Shipment status

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

Shipping Delays

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label

Upon verification, StrucHaus will provide assistance in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check around your property and delivery location
  • Verify with household members, neighbors, or building management
  • Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details

If the package cannot be located, please contact our support team. If a carrier investigation confirms that a package was lost in transit, StrucHaus may provide a replacement order or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances of the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

StrucHaus is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Freight Deliveries

Some oversized furniture products may be delivered via freight carrier rather than standard parcel services.

Freight deliveries may require:

Delivery appointment scheduling
Adult signature upon delivery
Additional delivery coordination
