Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
Processing & Delivery: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 4–6 business days from the order date. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on eligible orders. Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carriers for oversized items. Large orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
Order Tracking: You'll receive an order confirmation after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Damaged or Lost Orders: If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) at support@struchaus.com. We may request photos of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue. Verified claims will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

At StrucHaus, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and proof of purchase. Products that have been assembled, installed, modified, or misused are not eligible for return. Please retain the original packaging until you're sure you'll keep your purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Clearance, final-sale, customized or made-to-order products, items marked as non-returnable, used or assembled products, and returns requested more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Request a Return: To start a return, email support@struchaus.com with your order number, the name used for the order, the reason for the return, and photos if applicable. Returns must be authorized before being sent back.
Refunds & Return Shipping: We charge no restocking fees. For returns due to personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any original shipping charges are non-refundable. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, StrucHaus will provide a prepaid return label, replacement, replacement parts, or a full refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled free of charge before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and applicable carrier or return shipping fees may be deducted if a shipment is intercepted or refused.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
